Transformation Leader

The role of the Transformation Leader is to drive forward-thinking digital transformation programs that propel organisational efficiency and compliance.

  • The key responsibility will be to lead end-to-end delivery of digital programmes, ensuring seamless alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of innovative technology solutions that integrate multiple disciplines, effectively managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Direct project teams, provide leadership and coaching, and resource allocation for successful outcomes.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that enhance operations, regulatory compliance, and client outcomes.
  • Develop strategies for change management to foster system adoption and deliver measurable benefits.
  • Maintain regulatory and data security compliance by collaborating closely with relevant teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply insights to enhance organisational capability and decision-making processes.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Health Management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading complex transformation programmes in the Australian aged care sector.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging Australian aged care regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational change leadership skills, including system adoption and process transformation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science, IT, business, health management, or related field.
  • Relevant work experience in the Australian aged care sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and team leadership.
