**The opportunity**

We have a highly sought-after opportunity for a
**Digital Change Communications Manager **to join our Strategic Communication team on a three year contract.

The Digital Change Communications Manager will work with project leads and change managers and implement significant, rolling communications campaigns based on change management methodology. The campaigns will cover multiple concurrent digital projects that include business transformation.

The role requires strong leadership to significantly boost the performance and outcomes of multiple concurrent transformation projects that will touch every employee at Silverchain.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management communication plan that supports the adoption and take up of the new electronic care record system across a national health and aged care work force.
- Create and deliver high quality content including written communications; presentations; newsletter articles; video, design and photography briefings; and other communication materials that explain project progress, changes, achievements and milestones and encourage employee engagement with the change process.
- Establish and maintain an effective feedback loop to receive input from frontline employees and incorporate that feedback into the communication plan.
- Work with the project team to develop and implement effective change management strategies that support the success of the Digital Strategy's projects.
- Collaborate with key executive stakeholders to identify and manage risks associated with the change management plan.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Digital Strategy communication plan and adjust as needed to optimise engagement and impact.

**About you**
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 15 years' experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Relevant change management experience and/or certification eg PROSCI or similar.
- Advanced level of understanding of how people experience change and take part in a change process.
- Advanced level of understanding of agile and semi agile project methodology and the attributes of a change-ready organisation.
- Advanced ability to design and implement major project communications activities.
- Strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Proven ability to contribute and implement strategic initiatives, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, improve performance and project manage.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment, meet deadlines, work proactively and independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Substantial experience in the health care or aged care.
- Experience in a similar role implementing a major digital transformation project in a dispersed workforce is highly desirable.
