Strategic Change Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives within the Talent (HR) Team.

The successful candidate will drive alignment between transformation goals and project execution, focusing on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

This role can be performed from any of our offices across Australia, with flexible work arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs.
  • Monitor progress and assess effectiveness.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have formal certification in change management, proficiency in project management software, and excellent relationship-building skills.
