Urban Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Urban Design Expert to contribute to visionary urban projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects and planners to develop strategies that enhance the urban environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver urban and master planning projects of various scales, utilizing expertise in spatial analysis and design principles.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to shape urban strategies, ensuring alignment with community needs and goals.
  • Utilize Rhino to create compelling urban studies, models, and design concepts that effectively communicate project objectives.
  • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and research to support informed urban planning decisions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and submissions that showcase project achievements and outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to drive positive design outcomes, fostering collaboration and consensus among project teams.
About You:
  • Proven experience in urban design within a consultancy or multidisciplinary environment, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Strong design skills and passion for creating people-centric urban spaces that prioritize community well-being and sustainability.
  • Proficiency in Rhino, with experience in other tools being a plus, including Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
