About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Planning Specialist to contribute to our team.
About the Position:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and delivery of urban and master planning projects.
  • This will involve working closely with architects, planners, and external stakeholders to shape urban strategies.
  • You will be utilizing industry-standard software, such as Rhino, to create compelling urban studies, models, and design concepts.
  • Site analysis, feasibility studies, and research will also be conducted to support urban planning initiatives.
  • A key aspect of this role is preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and submissions.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, including government agencies and developers, will be essential in driving positive design outcomes.
About You:
  • Requiring 3+ years of experience in urban design, preferably within a consultancy or multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong design skills, with a passion for creating people-centric urban spaces.
  • Proficiency in Rhino, with experience in other tools (Adobe Suite, GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp) being a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
