Job Title: Home Care Companion

At Age Up Health, we are dedicated to providing high-quality home care services that enable individuals to live well and happy at home. As a Home Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Mobility support, including transfers and mobility assistance
  • Preparing meals and snacks, as well as assisting with light housekeeping and domestic duties
  • Providing companionship and engaging in social activities with clients
  • Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
  • Performing other tasks as required to support client needs
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • National Police Check (less than 6 months old)
  • Victorian Driver Licence and comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicle
