Job Title: Chef de Partie
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Banquets team at Pullman Melbourne on the Park. As a member of our culinary team, you will support the Chef de Cuisine - Banquets with daily management and food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef de Cuisine - Banquets with daily management and food preparation
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel environment
- Excellent technical skills and experience in running a section
- Proven leadership skills to engage, motivate, and inspire a kitchen team
- Meticulous attention to detail in delivering consistently high-quality dishes
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- An experienced Chef de Partie with expertise in a similar fast-paced operation
