Executive Assistant to Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Director in their day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage the Director's email inbox, respond to queries, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and prepare itineraries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
