Job Overview

The role of Sous Chef involves working closely with the Head Chef to design menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.

  • Leading the kitchen team in food preparation and delivery processes.
Requirements and Qualifications

As an experienced Chef or Sous Chef, you will possess:

  • A Diploma or Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary experience.
  • Proven track record of working in high-volume kitchen environments and knowledge of time-saving techniques to optimize service efficiency.
  • Experience with dietary requirements and food safety protocols.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and lead others to ensure seamless shift operations.
