About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven retail manager to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team through effective coaching and training.
  • Driving incremental sales improvements across all sales channels, including retail, trade, and design.
  • Providing expert customer service to both retail and trade customers.
  • Expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and developing new trade accounts.
