Seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our brand-new Mackay Store. As part of our growing retail network, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting our mission to make a positive impact in your community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Training and supporting volunteers
  • Driving sales to achieve set targets
  • Overseeing and reviewing all goods for sale in the store
  • Managing and periodically reviewing the shop's pricing list
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about retail, has strong communication skills and a proven ability to work well under pressure. Your qualifications may also include:

  • Experience as a supervisor in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion and clothing brands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks including manual handling, bending, kneeling and reaching
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills
