Job Overview

A dynamic and customer-focused professional is required to manage the daily operations of our Sales team. This role involves face-to-face customer service, sales, data entry management, scheduling deliveries, overseeing stock reorders, preparing orders within the yard, general FL operation, and maintaining overall organisation.

This full-time permanent role offers a supportive and safe work environment with opportunities for innovation and creativity in a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact for employees and external stakeholders.
  • Process invoices, credit card payments, banking, and office supply purchases.
  • Receipt purchase orders and raise purchase requisitions.
  • Submit vendor requests and process changes.
  • Order office stationery and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process and direct mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist in the Yard with duties such as preparing orders and FL Operation.
Requirements:
  • Solid background in administration and office support roles.
  • Forklift License.
  • Building materials or similar industry experience highly regarded.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing and entering data.
  • MS Office experience familiarity with SAP desirable.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
