Lead Project Developer

We are seeking a senior hire with a high degree of autonomy, responsible for leading project development and growth over the next three years.

Responsibilities:
  • This role involves designing and implementing procedures related to priming, treating, and quality controlling seeds.
  • The successful candidate will review and adapt processes to align with requirements for each native plant species.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the scientific method and ability to read scientific literature is required.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven project and team management skills and experience.
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with seed and seed treatment technologies is an advantage.
  • Native Australian botany experience is highly regarded.
