Infrastructure Project Lead

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that meet and exceed client expectations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for transport and main roads.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee project delivery within allocated timelines and budgets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts to drive growth and success.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Chartered Engineer status and RPEQ registration.
- Extensive knowledge of TMR and Austroads design standards.
- Proven experience in project delivery for Transport and Main Roads.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Far North Queensland infrastructure market.
