Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects in North Queensland.

The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, manage project teams, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of transport infrastructure projects from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff while overseeing project resources and budgets.
  • Manage client relationships and represent the company across government and private sectors.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for the North Queensland market.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Chartered Engineer status, and RPEQ registration.
  • Deep knowledge of TMR and Austroads design standards and proven experience in project delivery.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the Far North Queensland infrastructure market.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and deliver cost-effective solutions.
