Community Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead community development initiatives that foster wellbeing, equity, and resilience in the region.
In this key role, you will provide expert advice, deliver impact assessments, and collaborate with partners to shape healthy environments for the future.

As a community development lead, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor strategies that promote social inclusion, equity, wellbeing, and resilience across diverse populations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the relationship between built environment and health outcomes, as well as extensive experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring community development strategies and policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice on community development strategies and policies
- Developing and delivering impact assessments
- Collaborating with partners to co-design responses to emerging needs and advocate for shared priorities
