Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Community Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community development initiatives that strengthen social cohesion, health, and wellbeing across diverse population groups.
  • Lead a skilled team to deliver programs and services that promote inclusivity, accessibility, and social participation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify community needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Community Development, Social Planning, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in leading community development initiatives, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, youth, seniors, people with disability, and culturally diverse communities.
