Responsibilities
  • Welcome employees with a warm and hospitable approach, ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Proactively build rapport with clients to identify their needs and minimize escalations, resulting in increased satisfaction and productivity.
  • Support the delivery of internal general services for staff across various disciplines, promoting cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines for a safe, welcoming, and productive environment, upholding high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, responding promptly to feedback and concerns.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in availability to ensure adequate coverage on conference centre floors, meeting business needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide guidance on navigating self-service functions for technical support, empowering colleagues to resolve issues independently.
  • Manage meeting room floors effectively, liaising with suppliers to deliver seamless service offerings that meet customer requirements.
  • Utilize stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings, driving business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Possess well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and project management skills to meet deadlines and coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Bring experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, using software applications to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written English, conveying complex ideas and information to diverse audiences.
