About Workplace Advisory Services

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Workplace Advisory Specialist in Perth. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of workplace services including intake, triage and clinical coordination, managerial and executive support, individual counselling and coaching, critical incident response, training and development, and organisational development services.

You will have regular interaction with key stakeholders, including internal support teams, customers and affiliate businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex intake, triage and clinical coordination processes
  • Provide high-level support to managers and executives
  • Deliver individualised counselling and coaching services
  • Coordinate responses to critical incidents
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs
  • Provide customised organisational development solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a qualification in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
  • Be registered with AHPRA or hold AASW membership
  • Have broad experience providing individual coaching and support
  • possess a strong understanding of workplace dynamics and performance frameworks
  • be able to work collaboratively with customers and clients
  • have experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma-informed intervention
  • hold strong leadership and management skills
  • possess data analysis and interpretation skills
  • be proficient in report writing and program design
  • exhibit commercial acumen
