**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide backup support to the Perth Workplace Manager and lead the Workplace Services team when necessary
  • Oversee the OneService Hub and provide a single point of contact for clients and colleagues on tenancy and facilities-related matters
  • Administer platforms that enhance our working environment, including access control, locker management, maintenance reporting, space utilization, and contractor management
  • SOURCE AND PURCHASE OFFICE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER
  • Maintain a safe office environment by conducting regular OH&S inspections and participating in the emergency warden team

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
