Hospital Operations Manager

The After Hours Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management and operation of Leongatha Hospital. The position involves:
- Managing day-to-day operations and bed management.
- Providing leadership in achieving strategic operational objectives.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure safe patient care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organisational goals.
This role requires a Registered Nurse +/- Registered Midwife with current registration, substantial post-registration experience, and nursing management experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage hospital operations effectively.
- Lead and develop strategies to meet operational objectives.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
As a key member of the healthcare team, the After Hours Coordinator will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the organisation's mission and values.
Requirements:- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse +/- Registered Midwife registration.
- Substantial post-registration experience in nursing management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop strategic plans.
- Understanding of ANMC Competencies and Codes of Conduct.
