Job Title: Hospital Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Hospital Operations Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and inclusive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing team to ensure a high standard of clinical service delivery and outcomes are met, complying with relevant legislation and care standards.
  • Ensure the operational and clinical requirements of the hospital are met in an after-hours capacity with the support of the executive team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Well-developed clinical nursing and management experience at a senior level in an acute psychiatric care setting.
  • Consultative leadership style and ability to build rapport and effective relations with key stakeholders.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Quality Management System and requirements for accreditation.
  • Thorough understanding of continuous improvement, OH&S, and risk management.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to strategically plan and positively implement change.
