This is a unique opportunity to excel as a Hospitality Operations Manager in our hotel's Food and Beverage department.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the efficient operation of our Food and Beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless event execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage conference and banquet operations with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, maintaining brand standards and promoting a positive company culture.
- Maintain open communication with clients, preparing and executing event operational requirements with flexibility and adaptability.
- Effectively handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise regularly with the Sales and Marketing team to align business strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within Food and Beverage or Conference sectors.
- Demonstrated understanding of emerging trends in the industry, coupled with an innovative approach.
- Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business success.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a warm, friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Ideal candidate will possess impeccable attention to detail and time management skills, with a flexible and adaptable nature.
