Project Supervisor Job Opportunity

As a Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of projects across various industries. Our organization fosters career development, supports flexibility, and prioritizes your personal well-being and safety.

Your New Role

You will serve as the primary liaison between tenants and employers, responsible for project planning, work scheduling, and on-site supervision of contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reactive maintenance schedule planning
  • Mitigating conflict situations
  • Approving maintenance contract expenditures
  • Participating in an on-call rotational roster (4 times a year)

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A building trade background with a supervisor's license (preferably held)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Strong commitment to adhering to management systems, with effective time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical ability, PC literacy, and excellent presentation skills
  • White Card and Asbestos Awareness
  • Ability to obtain a WWVP card
  • A strong work ethic
