About the Role

City Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work independently to diagnose and resolve electrical issues, with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Requirements
  • Trade-qualified A-Grade Electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in commercial or retail settings, with a preference for multi-site management.
  • Cabling license, CPR/LVR, and Security provider license (preferred).
