About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, generators, and UPS systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
  • NSW Electrical License or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, generators, and UPS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
