About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Builder and Customer Advocate to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our division, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting the needs of our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage in quality conversations with customers to provide tailored solutions while balancing the needs of the bank. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, uncovering new lending opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to retain and acquire new business, all while exemplifying our core values of being spirited, optimistic, curious, inclusive, accountable, and lionhearted.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must be a customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and delivering superior service. You should thrive in a dynamic environment and have a strong ethical belief system.
Previous experience in a lending role or within a customer-focused environment in Financial Services will be highly valued. You possess outstanding customer service skills, a consultative sales approach, and a solid understanding of call centre telephony and technology.
You should be able to think analytically, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively. Your ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies will set you apart.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
