The Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Leader to provide project leadership on the delivery of supply chain projects for BIG W and other business partners. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in similar roles, leading programs/projects in complex environments using agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will own and manage projects through all phases, from mobilisation to operational delivery, and work collaboratively with internal customers, the broader Primary Connect team, and other Woolworths Group business units.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong stakeholder engagement experience, analytical skills to identify risks and dependencies, and the ability to focus on details while maintaining a big-picture understanding.

You'll also require strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills, as well as demonstrated experience in managing multiple teams to achieve agreed deliverables.
