Category Buying Manager

As a Category Buying Manager, you will lead a category strategy to drive results and performance across stores.

  1. Utilize your strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities within your category.
  2. Partner with suppliers to determine range and pricing structure.
  3. Evaluate the best options for customers.

You will also:

  1. Drive cross-functional collaboration.
  2. Execute customer-centric strategies.
  3. Innovate within categories by working closely with the broader team.
  4. Manage key processes including marketing briefs and content accuracy.
  5. Develop high-performing teams.

With demonstrated category management experience in retail or FMCG environments, especially in Beer, Wine, or Spirits, you will need outstanding influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, creative styles, and proven ability to champion change.
