Independent Living Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients to participate in community activities, social events, and recreational programs.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as required.
- Develop and implement individualised plans to promote client goals and outcomes.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Services or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
