We're on a mission to deliver high-quality care in the comfort of our clients' homes. As a Community Nurse, you'll play a vital role in empowering them to live safely and independently.
The Opportunity
Deliver clinical care across Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP, and other programs. Support chronic disease management, medication, wound care, catheter and stoma care. Collaborate with Allied Health professionals to provide holistic, goal-directed care.
What You'll Need
- Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community, aged care, or acute settings
- Working with Children check, Police check, CPR and Driver's License
- Confidence to work autonomously with strong time management and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of community nursing and consumer-directed care principles
- Competence using digital devices and client management systems
