Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

The Manufacturing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the production process at our site, ensuring that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.

  1. Demonstrate genuine leadership, leading by example, and ensure that all company policies, procedures, and processes are adhered to, understood, and practiced
  2. Develop front line capabilities, continuous improvement, and foster lean manufacturing practices to achieve high performance
  3. Set the overall strategy and standards for best practice to improve efficiency and minimize production downtime
  4. Manage daily and weekly production schedule to achieve optimum production efficiencies and DIFOT
  5. Work closely with Quality/Supply Chain and Engineering to optimize production performance and ensure operational excellence in all areas of production
  6. Provide leadership, coaching, support, and performance management
  7. Ensure all ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards and practices are achieved
Key Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in engineering/manufacturing or related discipline is preferred in addition to your depth of experience in manufacturing leadership
