At Scene to Believe, we are looking for a Christmas Experience Team Leader to lead our team of Elves in creating magical moments for all visitors. This role is based in Outer West Sydney and involves leading and motivating the team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage daily operations, rosters and workflow effectively, and maintain a joyful atmosphere. They will also need to be organised, adaptable and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills and a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors and the team.
Responsibilities- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
- Managing daily operations, including rostering and workflow
- Maintaining a welcoming and joyful atmosphere for families
- Ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality
