Maintenance Planning Specialist

Incitec Pivot Fertilisers is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for guiding and leading the long-term and strategic planning function for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and asset performance.
- Manage system processes for SAP, iAuditor, SharePoint, and Microsoft Suite, ensuring adherence to our corporate governance.
- Manage Process and Asset Management reports, providing insights to inform maintenance decisions.
- Develop detailed costs for CMMS activities, including life cycle cost modelling for assets, plans, jobs, and Bill Materials (BOMs) for equipment.
- Maintain the Work Management Manual, IPL Standards, SAP configuration manual, and relevant training material.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure agreed systems and processes are followed, and assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for our long-term and strategic maintenance plan.
- Travel to site when required.
- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Experienced in influencing internal and external stakeholders, with a high level of ownership.
- Formal education in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- A high level of experience within SAP, computer literacy, and Microsoft Suite of products.
- Leadership experience, ideally within Engineering, Maintenance, or other Heavy Industries.
