About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Incitec Pivot Limited as a Maintenance Coordinator, reporting to the National Maintenance Manager of Distribution. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and planning weekly and monthly maintenance schedules, as well as planning, scheduling, and executing major maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable company HSE Performance Standards, as well as relevant acts and regulations.
  • Plan and schedule work requests, including organizing site for associated work permits.
  • Capture and manage the Lifecycle Asset Strategy of assets in conjunction with relevant stakeholders to determine optimal long-term maintenance requirements.
  • Supervise teams and ensure adequate quality of work is acceptable.
  • Aid with the execution of capital projects.
  • Monitor fixed plant maintenance and costs to budget and escalate variances.
  • Regularly travel to site to manage capital works, shutdowns, and major maintenance activities.
  • Use data to drive actions via key performance indicators as well as asset performance.
  • Invoice and purchase maintenance materials, equipment, and contractors.
  • Manage spares.

About You

  • You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Trade qualified in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines or a degree in Engineering.
  • Supervisory experience, ideally within Engineering, Maintenance, or other Heavy Industries.
  • Demonstrated HSE Leadership experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop tactical/strategic asset plans.
