Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management support to clients with complex needs, addressing homelessness and tenancy issues.
  • Conduct intake and assessments of new clients, promoting independent living skills and choice.

  • Travel across the Fraser Coast, South and North Burnett, and Wide Bay region to provide services.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Community Services, Mental Health, or Social Housing, or relevant experience in the community sector.
  • Experience in accommodation services or real estate is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Housing framework, with ability to acquire as needed.
  • Current QLD Driver's license, National Police Certificate, Working with Children Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to a person-centered approach to service provision.
