As part of our esteemed group, you'll be working with internationally renowned premium restaurants and bars, including Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, The Cut , Saké Restaurant & Bar and Bar Patron.

Salary

As a 2-hat restaurant and one of the top steakhouses in the world, we offer a competitive salary package, complemented by a generous tips structure that rewards your hard work and dedication. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around AU$80,000 - AU$100,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a premium setting, with a strong skillset around guest experience and fine dining service standards. You will lead by example, focusing on daily operational excellence while going above and beyond for our guests and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a premium setting.
  • Strong skillset around guest experience and fine dining service standards.
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • WSET Level 2 qualification (provided by the business).
