High-Performing Account Director Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Director to play a pivotal role in our high-profile account team.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and solution-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work collaboratively across departments to deliver high-quality work.
This role involves building client relationships, presenting to junior & senior clients and partner meetings, maximizing revenue, managing teams, creating project briefs, and ensuring campaigns are efficiently delivered.
- Minimum 7+ years of agency experience; tech or related industry is a strong advantage
- Strong background of account management ideally within a social & influencer environment
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage direct reports and lead the accounts team
The successful candidate will have a passion for driving results and helping others succeed. They will excel in their role while supporting their colleagues to do the same.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Manage direct reports and lead the accounts team to achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Delivery: Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to maximize sales.
