Senior Infrastructure Services Officer Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that requires a high degree of autonomy and accountability in managing PPP and DCM contract deliverables, performance issues, and reporting.

The successful applicant will take a lead role in:

  • Analyzing contract, project, and asset data to identify risks and recommending practical solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including school leaders, FM operators, and other key partners.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Taken ownership of tasks from start to finish, delivering measurable results and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Engaged confidently with stakeholders, representing the organization and building strong relationships with schools, colleagues, and private partners.
  • Communicated effectively through clear, concise reports, briefings, and recommendations that inform decision-making.
  • Applied experience in contract management, facilities maintenance, infrastructure projects, safety, or security (PPP or DCM experience valued).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing work to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards under pressure.
  • Held a current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) issued by Blue Card Services.
