The Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice specializes in project delivery, corporate energy, infrastructure, and environment planning, working on exciting and complex matters in the industry. You will be part of a top-ranked team that advises public and private sector clients on infrastructure projects, asset transactions, and major procurements.
Responsibilities:- Providing strategic advice on M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Supporting clients in navigating strategic procurement processes
- Assisting in project structuring, risk assessments, and business case development
- Offering legal and commercial advice on project delivery models
Key requirements for success include:
- Demonstrated experience in energy and/or infrastructure project delivery, procurement, or asset transactions and investments
- Excellent academic record, coupled with strong legal skills and a practical approach
- First-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters
