Job Summary

The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet is seeking a seasoned ICT Infrastructure Manager to spearhead a team responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure ICT services.

This role will oversee the front-facing services, including enterprise email, endpoint management, unified communications, and associated infrastructure capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead and manage a team of ICT professionals, including workforce planning, task prioritization, and performance management
  • Oversee the reliable and secure operation of enterprise email services, ensuring smooth mail flow and effective service delivery
  • Manage the Department's email gateway platform, ensuring effective threat detection, filtering, and mail security
  • Provide strategic oversight of endpoint management capabilities, ensuring device compliance, patching, and lifecycle management
  • Provide leadership and oversight of unified communications services
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring technical services meet business needs and are communicated in clear, accessible language
