This role involves overseeing maintenance and repair operations for passenger, commercial vehicles and equipment nationwide.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing costs incurred after vehicle delivery, providing accurate information and resolving operational queries within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve maintenance requests from suppliers.
  • Evaluate services to ensure they meet manufacturer standards.
  • Oversee repairs in accordance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance EVO portal usage.
  • Provide assistance to customers with maintenance inquiries.

You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities.

Requirements:
  • Qualified diesel mechanic certification
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, resourceful and responsible

Please note that a valid heavy vehicle mechanic license is mandatory for this position.
