We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft and maintaining regulatory compliance.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance activities of our fleet, including scheduled inspections, repairs, and modifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our aircraft remain safe and airworthy at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Airworthiness Management: Ensure the maintenance of aircraft according to regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintenance Activities: Oversee all maintenance activities, including scheduled inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Liaison with Regulatory Bodies: Liaise with aviation authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Communication: Liaise with maintenance personnel, flight operations, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance-related matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Airworthiness Management: Previous experience in an airworthiness management role or a similar position.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
