Clinical Support Nurse

HammondCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our residential care team. As a clinical support nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents, working collaboratively with the management team and carers to deliver tailored and individualised care.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and support care delivery by care staff
- Educate and mentor in clinical areas and processes
- Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
- Clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
- Implement and support a resident comfort focus
- Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Value teamwork but also able to work independently and show initiative
- Knowledge and experience of people living with dementia and their needs
- Genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives
- Strong admin and computer skills
- Current AHPRA registration with ideally 2-3 years' experience in an aged care setting
