Clinical Support Nurse

HammondCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide clinical support in our residential care setting. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with management and carers to deliver person-centred care that prioritizes the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff
- Educate and mentor colleagues in clinical areas and processes
- Contribute to case management and clinical decision-making
- Ensure high standards of clinical practice and professional competence
- Support a resident-focused approach to care
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of caring for people with dementia
- Passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Current AHPRA registration and 2-3 years' experience in aged care
