The role of Property Contract Officer involves providing asset management services to the Housing Property Service unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective and high-quality management of public and government employee housing within a specified region.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations while maintaining cultural sensitivity in communication with key stakeholders and tenants.
This position requires sound knowledge and understanding of legislation, standards, and codes associated with residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Requirements:- Trade or tertiary qualifications.
