About the Opportunity

This role will oversee the entire bid submission process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with governance regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the bidding framework to support ASC's requirements.
  • Undertaking deliverables analysis and providing advice on refining quotes, bids, or contract change proposals.
  • Leading bids and meeting assigned schedules and milestones.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring ASC's bidding policies and procedures are consistent across the company.
  • Collaborating with shipbuilder partners for bid compliance and submission.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders to achieve best outcomes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in bid coordination or management, with sound knowledge of estimating, planning, scheduling, work breakdown structures, and EVMS concepts.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, engineering, accounting, or project management.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Able to direct and manage senior personnel effectively.
