Job Title: Long-Term Planner

About the Role
As a key member of the Bis team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the future of maintenance and asset management. Your decisions will have a direct impact on the company's operations, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve. With a focus on strategic planning, you will lead medium to long-term plans that optimize maintenance supply chains and meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate annual strategic and quarterly planning meetings to drive collaboration across teams and deliver on long-term asset and maintenance strategies.
  • Work with Supply Chain to manage inventory strategy for parts requirements, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Develop strategies for external workshop partnerships to optimize capacity, improve velocity, and quality outcomes.
  • Manage maintenance supply chain efficiency, anticipating variability in parts, labor, and asset availability to meet customer demand.
  • Use planning tools to evaluate scenarios, assessing risk and opportunities while ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategy.
  • Track performance metrics to monitor progress and adapt plans as necessary.

What You'll Need
