First impressions are everything. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

A typical day in this role involves:

  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome and providing them with a memorable experience.
  • Anticipating and responding to guest needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.
  • Managing guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are posted accurately and efficiently.
  • Maximizing room occupancy by promoting resort facilities through strong product knowledge.

**Key Qualities:**

- Previous experience as a Receptionist in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.

- Genuine passion for customer service with the ability to connect with people and hold conversations.

- Excellent communication and attention to detail.

- High level of personal presentation and grooming.

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
