We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
- Provide confidential administrative support, including inbox and diary management, filing, document preparation, collation, and distribution of reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Create presentations for meetings, events, and other corporate activities.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and catering.
- Assist in meeting preparation and provide relevant materials.
- Coordinate visits, including logistics and site access.
- Organize domestic and international travel for senior leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies and managing credit card reconciliations.
- Support team members and build strong relationships within the administration team.

- Experience in a similar role within professional services.
- Ability to support team deliverables and add value collaboratively.
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset and flexibility.
- Computer literacy, with intermediate MS Suite and SharePoint skills; familiarity with Concur and Oracle is desirable.
